- Great Dane zero turn mower sluggish turning left?
I have a Great Dane zero turn mower that is sluggish turning left. When you pull the lever, sometimes you have to pull it all the way and sometimes you have to push or pull it all the way, then push or pull it all the way again to get it to move. The left side seems to have enough power when you get it to move. If someone could tell me whats going on here, I would be very greatful. Thank You

A If your lucky all it will require is a linkage adjustment. If there are provisions to check fluid levels make sure there is enough fluid in the system. The worse case scenario is disassembly and overhaul of the left wheel motor.

- My Great Dane, is losing weight quickly and has recently started to drool alot? Any idea's what this could be?
She is a three year old Great Dane, she is normally a very active loving dog, today I went to mow the back yard and she didn't even try to move out of the way of the mower. She's drooling alot, drinking water but she is throwing it up shortly after like she's drank too much too quick, she has been eating food up until tonight when I offered it to her and she turned her head in disinterest? I am actually broke until the first and can't get her to a vet right now or I wouldn't be on here looking for possilble answers, please any idea's on what it might be and how I can help her at home til I can get her to the vet?

A Run over tomorrow and see if you can get out a loan for like $300 (there are a number of places such as "credit financial" around here that do it and i've used them in a pinch) and take your dog into the vet. Find something to sell and take your dog into the vet. For all you know the dog has had a stroke or the stomach is twisted or it has heartworm or something else that could be very serious. If you aren't prepared to make some sacrifices for your animal in an emergency then you need to get on the phone ASAP in the morning and contact a local rescue (preferably great dane only) and tell them you are not able to provide vet care and ask them to take the dog, treat it, and find a home that is. We are far from rich but you better damn sure believe that the few instances we've noticed anything that could be serious with our animals we have taken them into the vet immediately.
